As the mouse for the S330 is said to be a MSX-mouse you should have a look for a MSX-mouse. You can use a PS2-mouse to make a MSX-mouse using this circuit: http://www.vespanet.com.br/~manuxcritos/psIImouse.htm It is in portugese language but you can get the content of the text I think.
