Thresh is a data-directed SNMP threshold poller, written in Tcl with the Scotty toolkit.

A paper on thresh was presented at the USENIX LISA 2000 conference in early December, 2000. Online copies are available through the USENIX library, or there's a PDF copy of the paper here.
