Jacob Morley Sellens Mathon was born at home (as planned) at 9:36pm Sunday, May 10, 1998 (and a wonderful Mother's Day gift he is!), weighing 9lbs, standing 21 inches tall, showing off a nice head of hair, and (of course) perfect in every way! Big sister Maddie couldn't be prouder, and everyone is fine, if a little bit tired.
Jacob was also a slowpoke - we expected him a week and a half earlier - but we are delighted that he has joined us at last! And thanks to our midwife Martha, who has provided excellent care to Mother and son (and was also one of our midwives when Maddie was born).
